Yoga Class Types


Expect to sweat your heart out and release the toxins from your body in a room heated between 36-38 degrees Celsius. Whether it’s a 60, 75 or 90-minute class, you get the same benefit! Enjoy the radiant heat from our far-infrared panels as you work your way through the postures that help to loosen your back and build strength and flexibility. This class is perfect for beginners because the heat warms up the muscles and allows you to practice safely. If you love routine and predictability in your group classes or want to be pushed to work hard, then this is the perfect class for you!


Core strength is critical for maintaining good posture and proper alignment. Whether you love yoga, do sports or work out in the gym, this class will help you develop upper body strength that can give you the stability you need for your other yoga or fitness classes. The room is heated from 32-34 degrees Celsius to allow you to move confidently without sapping your energy.


Move with your breath in a class that focuses on helping you develop balance, build endurance and strengthen and tone your muscles and organs. It is perfect if you spend a lot of time sitting in the office or in traffic. If you love variety and being surprised from time to time, you will love this class. Some classes have music too! It is suitable for anyone - whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner. Modifications will be provided to suit your current level.


If you love Flow classes, explore this class where you can listen to a short talk about the focus of the month, chant (sing), and sit for a short meditation in addition to the asana practice.  Each class also includes postures that allow the spine to move in all directions. Perfect if you sat the whole day hunched over your desk or computer or you are looking for an integrated physical and experiential practice of yoga. This class is open to all levels of practitioners.


With more focus on key principles of alignment and creating stability in the postures, this class is accessible to students of every body type, size, shape, age, and experience level. Each 75-minute class will incorporate modifications and accommodations for each student. Keeping in mind structural differences of the body, it aims to establish a good foundation for your personal practice and appreciation of your own unique experience as you explore the asanas. This class is recommended for beginners and also those who have been practicing for some time who would like to understand how to adapt their body to each pose.


If you want to slow down aging, develop flexibility, have more energy and vitality, this is the class for you. Yin targets the connective tissues in the body, especially in the joints. The three key principles of grounding, holding and relaxing are emphasized in each class. It is the perfect complement to those who live busy and stressful or very active lives. It triggers the body’s rest and digest system to promote better sleep, stimulate digestion and detoxification, and improve energy flow. Because there is less movement, this class is ideal for beginners, those who have range of motion limitations, injuries, or those looking to balance a very active lifestyle.


Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a heated room with 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
